Spiced Butternut Squash Bread

Squash is usually used for dishes and soup. It is very rare for some to incorporate it with their baked goodies. Squash is very healthy and it is always a good idea to incorporate it with our dishes. The other one of our friend, sent us a whole butternut squash, around 3.4 kg. I was thinking what to do about it. Until today I come up with this easy, soft, delicious and nutritious bread recipe. I'm happy to share it with you. Ingredients 630 grams fresh, chopped squash 3 eggs 180 grams white sugar 250 ml fresh milk 3/4 cup vegetable oil 370 grams flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon powder 1 tsp all spice 1/2 cup chopped walnut Walnut(whole for garnish) Instructions 1. Peel and roughly chop squash. Set aside. 2. Sift and combine all the dry ingredients. 3. In a blender, put half of the chopped squash and 3 eggs. Blend until smooth. Add the remaining squash, if the blender stocked, gradually add milk until your squash mixture becomes smooth. Add vegetable oil and mix for 1 minute more. 4....

Liquored Glazed Upside down raisins cinnamon rolls

Cinnamon is a healthier spice you can add to your dishes. And this one I wanna share with you is a classic cinnamon roll with raisins. Ingredients 500 grams APF 500 grams bread flour 25 grams dry active yeast 15 grams salt 25 grams powdered milk 115 grams Soft butter 200 grams white sugar 2 pcs eggyolk 500 grams water Fillings: 1 cup brown sugar 2 tsp cinnamon powder Raisins Bottom base: Generous amount of softened butter Raisins 3tbsp brandy(optional) Instructions: 1. Mix yeast with 1 tsp sugar with 3tbsp water. Set aside and let it bloom. 2. Meanwhile, sift flour and all other dry ingredients.  3. If you're using a mixer just simply put all the dry ingredients on the mixer bowl. If your using the traditional way by hand just put it in a wide mixing bowl.  4. Add in egg yolks, the yeast if it's alredy bloomed then mix a bit. 5. Gradually add water. 6. Add in butter. 7. Knead or mix it up intil it becomes smooth.
